Here is where you will find some policies. If a questions is not answered, please feel free to email me and I will do my best to answer your question!

***Due to the handmade nature of all of my goods, there may be slight imperfections and color differences. It all depends on how the clay bakes and how the macrame cord is twisted. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Most items I have IN STOCK, but there are a select few that are made to order (will be listed in items description) , if that is the case I do my best to get those made and shipped to you in 14 business days depending on the demand I have. Please allow 5-7 business at most 10 business days depending on how many orders I received that week for your purchase to be shipped! 


If for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase or something went wrong and your item arrived damaged I am happy to replace your item. With custom pieces no returns are accepted. To return/ exchange all you need to do is contact me for my shipping address and ship your item back. If your return/exchange is because the item was broken, I will cover the shipping charge.
